Disclaimer

This document sets out important limitations on how you may use DevsWallet, what we do not guarantee, and the responsibilities you accept when using automated developer tools.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using DevsWallet: including any individual tool, API endpoint, export feature, or authenticated account area: you agree to this Disclaimer in addition to our Privacy Policy and any tool-specific notices displayed in the interface.

Read before you rely on output

If you do not agree with any part of this Disclaimer, you must stop using the platform. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Nature of the service

DevsWallet provides software utilities for convenience and productivity. Tools may run in your browser, on our application servers, or on isolated worker services. Results are generated algorithmically and may incorporate third-party models, libraries, or data sources.

  • We do not guarantee that any tool is suitable for your specific project, employer policy, or jurisdiction.
  • Preview UIs may differ slightly from exported files due to fonts, scaling, or browser rendering.
  • Beta or newly released tools may change behavior, limits, or availability without prior notice.

No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DevsWallet and its operators, contributors, and affiliates disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

The platform and all tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

Tool-specific notices

  • AI tools (code generator, paraphrase, humanizer, resume builder): outputs may be incorrect, biased, incomplete, or unsafe. Always review before production use.
  • PDF & file tools: complex layouts, fonts, or encrypted files may not convert perfectly. Verify page count, formatting, and metadata after download.
  • Temp mail & OTP tools: disposable addresses must not be used for banking, recovery emails, or legally binding registrations.
  • Network & lookup tools (WHOIS, IP): data may be cached, incomplete, or restricted by upstream providers.
  • Security utilities (JWT decode, hash generators): informational only: not a substitute for professional security review.
  • Markdown & formatters: syntax extensions may differ from other platforms; validate rendered HTML before publishing.

No professional advice

Nothing on DevsWallet constitutes legal, financial, medical, tax, immigration, or other professional advice. Automated summaries, AI suggestions, or converted documents should not be filed with courts, regulators, or employers without independent verification by a qualified professional.

Your responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the content you submit, generate, publish, or deploy using our tools.
  • You must comply with applicable laws, licenses, and third-party terms when using inputs and outputs.
  • You must not use DevsWallet for spam, malware, harassment, unauthorized access, or intellectual property infringement.
  • You must maintain backups of important files: we are not a long-term storage provider.
  • You must safeguard account credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Third-party services

DevsWallet may link to external sites or invoke third-party APIs (AI providers, analytics, media CDNs). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, uptime, pricing, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their policies.

Availability & accuracy

Maintenance, deployments, worker restarts, quota limits, or upstream outages may temporarily affect tools. We may impose rate limits, file size caps, or feature flags to protect platform stability.

Do not use DevsWallet as the sole system for time-critical, life-safety, or irreversible operations without independent verification and fallback processes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevsWallet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business interruption, or procurement of substitute services, arising from or related to your use of the platform : even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DevsWallet and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, misuse of tools, violation of this Disclaimer, or infringement of third-party rights.

Intellectual property

The DevsWallet brand, UI, and original platform code are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain rights to content you lawfully own and submit. By using AI or generative tools, you confirm you have the right to use resulting outputs according to your jurisdiction and any upstream model license terms.

Changes to this disclaimer

We may revise this Disclaimer at any time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated date. Material changes may be communicated on the site. Your continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which DevsWallet operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue for disputes not subject to mandatory consumer protections elsewhere.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
